We have a 15 minute grace period. Please call us if you are running later than 15 minutes after your booked time otherwise we cannot hold your table. Card details are required to complete the booking. We do not take a deposit or hold customers card details on file. We kindly ask that if there are any cancellations or amendments to your booking, that you let us know as soon as possible. We require 2 hours minimum notice of cancellations/amendments to avoid a late cancellation fee. In the case of a no show or a late cancellation, we will charge the customer £15 per head if we cannot replace your booking.
